Founded in 2019 by Alan and Joey Shamah, the original founders of elf Cosmetics, and Victor and Ralph Azrak, As Beauty's current portfolio consists of Laura Geller, Cover FX, Bliss, Julep Beauty, and Mally Beauty.
As a Performance Creative Designer for AS Beauty, I am responsible for developing data-driven, high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion across digital platforms. I collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to create cohesive, mobile-first assets tailored for Meta, Google, and other key channels. By leveraging performance metrics, A/B testing, and user insights, I continuously optimize creative to align with business goals and enhance the customer journey.
